ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists (ProActive) has relocated its Prineville location on NE Elm Street to nearby NE 3rd Street. The new facility, which is roughly one mile away from the previous location, will allow staff to provide the same high-quality care in a larger, updated facility with a new layout aimed at improving the patient experience.

Clinic Director Carina Kahl notes that the same staff will continue to work in the clinic, and expects that the move will be well received by patients and staff alike, “We are so excited to get settled into our new space and share it with our patients. It’s been such a positive experience and we look forward to welcoming our first patients in the door.”

ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists provides therapy treatments proven to get patients back to the things they love with lasting results. With thirteen clinics across Washington and Oregon, the group provides comprehensive patient assistance while developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique situation. Patients receive one-on-one time with the same physical therapist throughout their appointments.
