Grace Middelstadt, LAT, ATC, is the Head Athletic Trainer at Mt. View High School.
Grace graduated from Linfield College with her degree in Athletic Training in 2016. A Washington native who attended Prairie High School, she is excited to be working in and around her lifelong community.
In her free time, Grace enjoys hiking, backpacking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Caroline Shaw, LAT, ATC, is the Head Athletic Trainer at Hockinson High School.
Caroline graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Athletic Training in 2018. She grew up in Alexandria, Virginia, just across the Potomac River from Washington, DC.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys backpacking, skiing, and hanging out with her Australian Shepard.
Ryan NallPT, DPT, Clinic Director
Ryan Nall, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and the East Vancouver Clinic Director. He is also a Partner in ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists.
Ryan graduated from Oregon State University with his Bachelor of Science degree in 2004 and Pacific University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008. He is certified in ASTYM to treat chronic or acute soft tissue and joint conditions.
Ryan enjoys treating any and all sprains, strains, aches, and pains, but specializes in spine, shoulder, foot/ankle, and work related conditions. Ryan prides himself on really getting to know each of his patients and working alongside them to come up with solutions on improving pain and activity tolerance so they can better enjoy life!
When he’s not in the clinic, Ryan enjoys spending time with his 2-month-old son Mason, beautiful wife, Rheba, and 15-year-old daughter Haley. While family is the center of his universe, he also enjoys gardening, longboarding, and exploring the great outdoors that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Ryan is very passionate about ProActive and physical therapy as a profession. To him it is the best job in the world because “people enter the clinic as patients and leave as friends.”
Evan PricePT, DPT
Evan Price, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist in our East Vancouver clinic.
Evan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Dayton in Ohio. He specializes in the endurance sports population and enjoys treating all lower extremity and spine patients as well.
Evan has developed East Vancouver’s running program, which includes Running Gait Analysis and a focused, specific stage-based recovery to maintain and improve the runner’s function.
In his free time, Evan is active in the endurance community. He is a member of the Dialed Cycling/Triathlon team as a consultant and active racing participant. This past year Evan competed in the 70.3 Half Ironman World Championship. When he is not swimming, biking or running, Evan, enjoys hiking and discovering as much of the West. He is always open to group hikes, runs, and any other way to integrate into the exciting and growing Vancouver community
Cliff StanfordPTA, CKTP
Cliff Stanford, PTA, CKTP, is a physical therapist assistant in our East Vancouver clinic.
Cliff graduated from Mt. Hood Community College with his Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Oregon Physical Therapy Association, and the International Kinesio Taping Association. His areas of specialization include orthopedics, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation with a focus on injury prevention, performance improvement, and running rehab. Cliff has achieved Recognition of Advanced Proficiency for the Physical Therapist Assistant in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy, is certified as a Kinesio Taping Practitioner, NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Sportsmetrics Trainer.
Outside the clinic, Cliff enjoys recreational running, participating in local and national 5K, 10K, and ½ Marathon events. He also hosts a weekly radio program based in Portland that focuses on the local music scene, and is the host and producer of the Klyph Notes podcast.
Andy GossLAT, ATC
Andy Goss, LAT, ATC, is a Certified Athletic Trainer and the Head Athletic Trainer at Heritage High School.
Andy graduated from the University of Vermont with double degrees in education and athletic training. Since graduating, Andy has worked exclusively in the high school setting as both a teacher and athletic trainer. He was involved with the Washington State Athletic Trainers’ Association support in developing and passing the “Lystedt Law” regarding education and management on sports related concussions.
Andy enjoys spending his free time with his wife Kayla, and his two sons, Brady and Riley.
Pamela EarlLAT, ATC
Pamela Earl, LAT, ATC, is a Certified Athletic Trainer and the Head Athletic Trainer at Evergreen High School.
Pamela is a Washington native and graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Athletic Training in 2015. After graduation, she worked with Lakes High School in Tacoma, WA.
She is a 2011 graduate of Evergreen High School and is excited to be back in her hometown. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and playing recreational sports.
