Andrew KnoxPT, COMT, Clinic Director
Andrew Knox PT, COMT, is a certified orthopedic manipulative physical therapist and clinic director of Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Redmond.
Andrew attended Southwestern Illinois college, University of Evansville, and Hogeschool Enschede in the Netherlands for diverse Physical Therapy training. His continuing education has included courses and certifications in ART® Full Body Course – Active Release Technique, Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Level 4 NAIOMT, TMR, and Manual Therapy with Pain Management Emphasis from Curtin University in Western Australia.
He enjoys problem solving to find the root of his patients’ pain and coaching clients to higher level of function.
Outside of work, Andrew likes to be active. He enjoys skiing, biking, trail running, and white water kayaking with his great family and friends.
Sara GrafilPT, DPT
Sara Grafil, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Redmond.
Sara received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
Sara’s areas of interest include general health promotion, fall prevention, athletic injuries and orthopedic conditions, with special interest in the shoulder, knee and ankle.
Outside the clinic, Sara enjoys hiking, stand up paddle boarding, yoga, and roller derby. When not doing these, you can find her listening to live music or at a local brewery enjoying a beer with her friends and family.
Alexander GrimsleyPT, DPT
Alexander Grimsley, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Redmond.
Alex received his undergraduate degree at Oregon State and his Doctor of Physical Therapy at George Fox University. Prior to joining the Peak Performance team, Alex was a traveling therapist practicing in several different physical therapy settings. Being involved in rehabilitation with many varied individuals of all ages throughout his career allows him to better understand the team approach and the collaborative nature of the recovery process.
Alex is an avid rock climber and when not at Smith Rock, you will likely find him outside in some capacity. Originally from Eugene, he is very happy to be on the drier side of mountains and be able to participate in the near endless supply of hiking, fishing, biking, and any other outdoor recreation that Central Oregon has to offer.
Kate HolmerPT, DPT
Kate Holmer, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Redmond.
Kate received her Bachelor of Arts in music from the University of Northern Iowa and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University.
She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal and balance disorders by incorporating therapeutic exercise and manual therapies to improve functional movement to help patients achieve their goals. Her areas of interest include manual therapy, strength and balance training, and aquatic therapy.
Outside of her work as a therapist, Kate is likely to be found with friends rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, or enjoying a sunset over the beautiful Cascades of Central Oregon.
Kristine MacLean-TalbotPT, DPT
Kristine is a physical therapist at the Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Redmond.
Kristine completed her undergraduate degree, Master’s degree, and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Husson University in Bangor, Maine.
She specializes in treatment of orthopedic conditions and has special interest in knee, shoulder and spinal rehabilitation, pregnancy and post-partum related pain/dysfunction, and post-surgical care.
Outside of work, Kristine enjoys spending time in the wilderness with her two young children, husband, and fun-loving dog.
Jennifer Rost, PT, is a physical therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Redmond.
Jennifer completed her Physical Therapy degree at the University of Montana.
She enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries and has a particular interest in sports rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, fishing, playing and coaching volleyball, time with her family, and supporting her girls in their many sport and school activities. Jen was a collegiate volleyball player while attending the University of Montana.
Brock SlingerPT, DPT
Brock Slinger, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Redmond.
Brock earned both his undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A believer in continuous education, he is currently working towards a manual therapy certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.
His areas of interest include spinal conditions, knee injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, manual therapy and post surgical care.
Outside of the clinic Brock enjoys traveling, backpacking with his fiancee, Lindsey, and their dog, Meru, photography, and anything associated with an adventure.
