Glen Akers, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and the Director of the Gresham Clinic. He is also a Partner in ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists.

Glen Akers, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and the Director of the Gresham Clinic. He is also a Partner in ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists.Glen completed his undergraduate degree at Oregon State University, Masters of Physical Therapy degree from at Texas Tech University, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Evidence In Motion University of Health Sciences. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
His areas of specialization include ASTYM, TMJ/TMD dysfunction, work conditioning, physical/functional capacity evaluations, and industrial rehabilitation. Glen is certified to perform job analysis and enjoys helping local companies hire and maintain physically qualified employees utilizing WorkSteps.
He is an active member of the Gresham Rotary and enjoys helping local students, YMCA Camp Collins, and delivering Meals on Wheels. Outside the clinic he enjoys cycling, baseball, home brewing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Staff Physical TherapistKevin Tokoph earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Baylor University. Prior to that, Kevin obtained his Biochemistry degree from the University of Texas – Tyler.
Kevin specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedics and is most interested in treating patients with vestibular concerns.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys power lifting, racquetball, and watching Neflix with his wife and four cats.

Staff Physical TherapistMichelle completed her undergraduate degree in biology as well as a Master’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of Texas at Tyler, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
She primarily takes a movement-based approach to rehabilitation with a focus on strength and conditioning to promote improved functional mobility and injury prevention.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys powerlifting, hiking, and spending time with her husband and four cats.

She became a PTA as a second career after working in web development and then being a stay-at-home mom. She loves helping people get back to the activities or work that they love or to move in a way that they didn’t think they could again. Her interests include treating a variety of orthopedic injuries, geriatrics, and functional strengthening.
Outside the clinic, Jenny loves to bake, run, and go on adventures in the wild with her husband and two teenage boys.

Prior to this, I worked as a bartender and personal trainer. As a bartender, I really enjoyed providing hospitality and creating memorable experiences for my patreons. As a personal trainer, I enjoyed helping people reach their goals and realize their potential. It was a combination of those two things that led me to pursue a career in physical therapy.
My interests in physical therapy include: orthopedic injuries, geriatrics, sports conditioning, and functional strengthening.
My hobbies outside of physical therapy include bodybuilding, cooking, playing video games, and travelling with my girlfriend.
