Physical Therapist, Clinic DirectorRyan graduated from Oregon State University with his Bachelor of Science degree in 2004 and Pacific University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008. He is certified in ASTYM to treat chronic or acute soft tissue and joint conditions.
Ryan enjoys treating any and all sprains, strains, aches, and pains, but specializes in spine, shoulder, foot/ankle, and work related conditions. He does Work Conditioning/Hardening at EV clinic. With ASTYM treatment, Ryan very much enjoys using myofascial release and manual therapy techniques to help patients move better so that they can tolerate exercise/activities with less pain and improved function. Ryan prides himself on really getting to know each of his patients and working alongside them to come up with solutions on improving pain and activity tolerance so they can better enjoy life!
When he’s not in the clinic, Ryan enjoys spending time with his son Mason, beautiful wife Rheba, and daughter Haley. While family is the center of his universe, he also enjoys gardening, longboarding, and exploring the great outdoors that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Ryan is very passionate about ProActive and physical therapy as a profession. To him it is the best job in the world because “people enter the clinic as patients and leave as friends.”

Cliff Stanford, PTA, CKTP, is a physical therapist assistant in our East Vancouver clinic.Cliff graduated from Mt. Hood Community College with his Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Oregon Physical Therapy Association, and the International Kinesio Taping Association. His areas of specialization include orthopedics, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation with a focus on injury prevention, performance improvement, and running rehab. Cliff has achieved Recognition of Advanced Proficiency for the Physical Therapist Assistant in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy, is certified as a Kinesio Taping Practitioner, NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Sportsmetrics Trainer.
Outside the clinic, Cliff enjoys recreational running, participating in local and national 5K, 10K, and ½ Marathon events. He also hosts a weekly radio program based in Portland that focuses on the local music scene, and is the host and producer of the Klyph Notes podcast.

Colby Taylor earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Prior to that, Colby obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Oregon State University.
Colby specializes in orthopedics and is most interested in treating all types of conditions.
In his free time, Colby enjoys hiking, going to Blazer games, and camping.

Lynne has 26 years of experience as a physical therapist. She has primarily been involved in orthopedic physical therapy for that time. She has multiple certifications in manual physical therapy (COMT) and has completed a fellowship with NAIOMT in manual therapy. She specializes in neck and low back, but has worked with shoulders and knees as well. She has certifications in athletic training (ATC), as well as personal training certifications (CSCS). She has worked with football and rugby teams, in addition to basketball and volleyball. Lynne is an experienced mountaineer and rock climber, and is a climb leader for the Mazamas, a Portland mountaineering club. Her passion is to get you back to the activities that you have been involved with and love, regardless of whether that is returning to your job, or returning to your sport, or returning to gardening or other hobbies. It might just be returning to playing with your kids or grandchildren.

Physical Therapy AssistantCody McCulloch is a Physical Therapist Assistant at the East Vancouver Proactive PTS. He’s been a PTA for 2.5 years and really enjoys working with people in their recovery and helping improve their quality of life physically and mentally. He enjoys playing any sport and/or learning new ones. Currently he’s been playing more ultimate frisbee but football is his main sport with his favorite team being the best team, The Green Bay Packers. He enjoys the outdoors with his friends and loved ones. He’s happily engaged and getting married in January and looks forward to all the adventures they will have together.

Doctor of Physical TherapyChristina completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts in Boston, MA. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, TN.
She enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries and her areas of interest include balance and fall prevention, older adults, and sports rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Christina enjoys playing volleyball and golf, hiking, cooking and baking, and spending time with family and her dog, Ranger.
