					I both worked for this clinic, and I was a patient with Warren. I would recommend Warren, and ProActive as a company to anyone who needs Physical Therapy. Warren is extremely knowledgable, and treats in a way that takes a person's wholistic health into account, and doesn't simply look at the surface level issues. He truly cares about every patient that walks through the door, and takes pride in not just making them feel better, but getting them back to their normal lives, and the activities that they want to do.

This company, and Aleesha in the Bend clinic, also take a great amount of pride in their work. They are honest with patients about financials, and help explain insurance benefits to patients so that they aren't hit with unexpected bills.

					I absolutely love Proactive Physical Therapy! Warren Ocano is extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and most importantly has the skill set to vastly improve your physical condition. I went in to work on my hands because they were tight and sore, and now they have vastly improved in strength and dexterity, and I hardly feel any soreness or stiffness at all anymore. I actually look forward to going to physical therapy, and I can't recommend this place enough!

					Warren and Kyler are phenomenal!



I live in Redmond, and these two are definitely worth the drive to Bend for!

I've had a pretty unfortunate year when it's come to injuries and have had the pleasure of working with them through a dislocated knee, multiple fractures (leg, ankle, and foot) from a MVA that lead to surgery and hardware, as well as worked on overall balance and support due to hypermobility in my joints.



Warren and Kyler are both incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, enjoyable to talk to, and great at their jobs. They take the time to make sure you understand the exercises and give tips on things you can also do at home to aid in your healing. Warren ensures all of your questions are answered so you never feel in the dark (he's also happy to go into as much nerdy detail as you want).



You can tell that they both love what they do and genuinely want you to heal, getting back to feeling strong and confident in the area of concern without fear of re-injuring yourself.



You walk in a patient and walk out a friend. I truly cannot recommend them enough!

They didn't just fix what I went in for, they took the time to meticulously explain the "why's" and kinesiology behind every movement performed, so I have to tools to stay healthy moving forward. 					If it was possible to give this place more than 5 stars I would. The entire team of staff is fantastic! I was so worried to start PT because I’m not an athlete and I didn’t know how I would be treated but let me tell you, there was nothing to worry about. You will feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Warren and Rachel are very knowledgeable and set you up for success and meet you where you’re at and accommodate for any level without you feeling ashamed.

					I've been coming to ProActive for about 2 months to recover from my torn hip flexor muscle injury and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Warren runs this place like a well-oiled machine and gives extra time and effort to every patient that comes through. All of my concerns were addressed and all of my recovery was catered specifically to my active lifestyle (snowsports, running, martial arts, etc.)



On top of that, the atmosphere in here is very warm and welcoming with the great team that has been put together here. You can tell that they all love being there and really want to help you out in any way they can.



I recommend ProActive physical therapy to anyone looking for recovery in a safe and encouraging space with a fantastic staff of incredible humans.

					These folks care. That’s the best way to describe the whole team at Proactive. I’ve had care here for over a month now and I’m getting stronger and understanding my body better after every workout. After my back surgery I was worried it would be months before I was back doing the things I wanted, but with the plan and guidance from Proactive, the at home stretching, I was able to get back to normal quickly. Now I’m working on getting better than before. I can’t thank them all enough for their support in my recovery process.  Oh, and the crew here is pretty fun to work with.

					I have had the pleasure of receiving physical therapy at this wonderful clinic following my total hip replacement surgery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the intimate and welcoming setting immediately put me at ease. The clinic's staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Each therapist took the time to thoroughly explain each exercise and technique, ensuring I understood how to maximize my recovery.



What really stood out was their encouragement throughout my healing process. They made me feel supported every step of the way, celebrating small victories and pushing me gently toward my goals. The one-on-one attention I received made a huge difference in my recovery. I’m now moving more freely and confidently than I thought possible, thanks to their expertise and care.



After my surgery, I was eager to get back to running but was understandably concerned about how my recovery would impact that goal. 					I am 41 and had an ACL repair. Christine the in house PT was very present initially and answered all of my questions and started me on the path to recovery. Rachel is the PTA whom I did the majority of my therapy with, and I cannot say enough about how enjoyable it was working with her. She made the therapy fun and pushed me to a level consummate with where I was in my PT journey. As I progressed, the therapy got harder but no more than I could handle. The best part of going to ProActive was the people. It was not a chore, but a welcome stress release where I actually looked forward to going in and spending time doing my exercises. Working with Pheobe was also great and you could tell that she really cared and she would even have fun doing some of the moves with me.

I cannot speak highly enough of the ProActive team on the south side and I would recommend them to anyone going through the recovery process!

					Kristine has been so caring and helpful since I started therapy for my pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy. I am in my second pregnancy, and the pain I've experienced in my pelvis has been very distressing.
