Carina has been practicing physical therapy for over 13 years in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Andrews University, in Berrien Springs, MI in 2005. Before that she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Pacific Union College in Angwin, CA in 2002.
Carina enjoys working with a wide variety of patient populations and diagnoses, has received specialized training in Graston Technique, and has extensive experience leading outpatient total joint replacement team.
In her free time, Carina enjoys reading, spending time with family, hiking and camping.

Ryan Short, DPT, is a physical therapist at the Prineville clinic.
Ryan completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at the University of Utah. He then completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
His areas of interest include orthopedics, manual therapy, geriatrics, and sports therapy, though he enjoys seeing a wide variety of conditions.
Outside of physical therapy, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities such as rock climbing, snowboarding, camping, and hiking with his dog.
Lauri KisorLPTA, LMT
Lauri is a native Oregonian who grew up along the McKenzie River east of Springfield, OR. There she married her high school sweetheart Doug, and they raised their 4 children.
She earned her associates of Science degree in Physical therapy to become a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Mt Hood Community College in 1991. She later became a Licensed Massage Therapist at COCC after moving to Central Oregon.
Lauri is a lifelong learner that respects evidence-based research as well as valuing a hands-on approach to address pain and dysfunction. With compassion, patient education, effective manual therapy/bodywork techniques and custom therapeutic exercise she strives to assist patients in their unique healing journey.
In her free time, she enjoys water sports, fishing, pickle ball and playing games. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family and grandkids.
Warren OcanoPT, DPT
Warren Ocano received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University then took a short trip up HWY 99 to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree at George fox University in Newberg. Warren has a special interest in orthopedics and vestibular rehabilitation with a focus in spine care and post-operative rehab. Warren’s treatment philosophy incorporates a movement-based approach combined with education with the goal of patient self-empowerment.
Warren is an avid Oregon State Beaver fan and is a season ticket holder with his soon to be wife. Outside of football season he enjoys sports, reading, hiking and lawn games.
