He has been trained in both Strain-Counterstrain and Fascial Counterstrain through the Jones Institute and is a certified Clinical Athlete Weightlifting Coach. He is a strong advocate for evidence based interventions throughout the course of treatment.

An athlete himself, John trains & competes in Olympic Weightlifting with the Crossfit Fort Vancouver Barbell Club. Outside the clinic, you’d likely find John rock climbing, mountain biking, or training & coaching.
