Colton Hubler, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and the Canby Clinic Director.
Colton received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University in Exercise and Sports Science and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in San Marcos, CA. He is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and has advanced training in manual therapy. Colton is currently preparing for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification exam. He specializes in the areas of manual therapy, extremity and spinal orthopedics, chronic pain, and sports rehabilitation.
When he’s not at work, Colton enjoys traveling and hiking with his fiancé, KC, and dog, Rogan, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Georgia and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
He enjoys treating lower extremity as well as spine patients.
Dan is from the Atlanta, Georgia area, and recently moved out to Portland with his girlfriend and his two dogs, Athena and Kona, to experience everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. When he is not in the clinic, Dan enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, running, and traveling.
Rebecca NelsonPT, DPT
Rebecca Nelson, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist in the Canby clinic.
Rebecca double majored in Psychology and Family Studies & Human Development, earning both Bachelor of Science degrees simultaneously from the University of Arizona. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University.
Rebecca’s areas of interest include running analysis and orthopedics. Her practice philosophy emphasizes therapeutic exercise and functional movement.
When she’s not in the clinic, Rebecca enjoys playing volleyball and running. While at the University of Arizona, she participated in the 400m hurdles as a member of the women’s intercollegiate track team.
Laura TruongPT, DPT
Laura Truong, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at the Canby clinic.
Laura received both her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Integrated Physiology and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Pacific University. Laura’s areas of interest include general orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation. She is also an anatomy lab assistant for Physician Assistant Studies at Pacific University.
Outside of her work as a physical therapist, she enjoys playing basketball, being outdoors (hiking, camping, and fishing), and playing with her bunny, Humphrey.
Vanessa Gray, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant at the Canby clinic.
Vanessa completed her Associate of Applied Science degree at Mt. Hood Community College. Vanessa has been working in outpatient orthopedics since 2008 and enjoys helping people get back to their favorite activities and sports after injury. Her areas of interest include general orthopedic and sports physical therapy.
When she’s not in the clinic, Vanessa enjoys spending time camping and hiking with her two daughters. Vanessa was a competitive figure skater when she was younger and now enjoys spending time at the gym weight lifting.
Isabel Jones, ATC, is a Certified Athletic Trainer and the Head Athletic Trainer at Canby High School.
Isabel graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. She loves being an athletic trainer and building a positive rapport with all of her athletes and coaches. She takes pride in providing the highest quality of care to the athletes at Canby High School.
Outside of her work as an athletic trainer, Isabel enjoys playing tennis, working out, watching sports, and hanging out with her golden retriever.
