    Ernie SturzingerPT, DPT, OCS, CLT, ATC, Clinic Manager

    Ernie Sturzinger, PT, DPT, OCS, CLT, ATC, is a physical therapist and the Director of the Oregon City clinic. He is also a Partner in ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists.

    Ernie received his undergraduate degree from George Fox University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University. Ernie is a certified athletic trainer and board certified orthopedic specialist. He specializes in orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, TMJ/TMD dysfunction, work conditioning, and post-surgical care. He is a certified ASTYM practitioner and a board member of the Oregon Orthopedic Physical Therapy Study Group.

    Outside of his work as a physical therapist and athletic trainer, Ernie enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, and traveling with his family.

    Victoria Alla, PT, DPT, MS, is a Physical Therapist at our Oregon City location.

    Victoria received her undergraduate degree from Oberlin College in Biology, her Master’s degree in Biology from Portland State University, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University in New York, NY.

    Victoria’s areas of interest include athletic injuries, fall prevention, orthopedic conditions, and women’s health.

    When she’s not in the clinic, Victoria enjoys skiing, hiking, rock climbing, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

    Holly TippPT, DPT, CSCS

    Holly received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Medicine from DePauw University, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Michigan. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and her areas of interest include sports medicine, orthopaedic conditions, and Parkinson’s disease.

    Outside of the clinic, Holly enjoys rooting for the Trail Blazers, rock climbing, hiking, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
