Proactive everyone there really does care and they really do treat you a friend/family. Yet, be prepared to work, they aren't there to candle you. It will hurt you were injured which is why you came there. You yourself hate pain, but they know their job. You need to go in listen and be prepared to do the work. I've been to Redbound, Step and Spine, Performance, with family and friends and saw first hand the level of care. Not a provider taking on two patients but individual care at Proactive.
Yet when I got worse instead of better my provider was honest and upfront to stop my care and say there is something else happening yes it hurt my feelings, but he was doing what was best for me instead of what was best for the finances of the company. I should of listened to him instead of Dr that kept saying see you in 4 weeks and looked for another Dr. I trusted my Dr. Now I first hand by going to another Dr. when he was showing stern concern, it was for a reason. As I had a dr that wasn't even reading his reports, or listening to me. If that's the level of care you want then I'd say Proactive because they were being proactive in my care from the beginning.

Wonderful location. I definitely struggled with schedule and changing life but they helped every step. I feel like im learning the tools to keep mobilty up even when not there. Mina at the desk is a joy always meeting me with a smile. Ryan always making sure i got a full great session. Even with a email mix up they rescheduled without making me feel like a moron or inconvient. I whole heartedly give thumbs up.

I’m grateful I found this location after my post-ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. I did pre-op physical therapy at another clinic in Bend and the care was satisfactory, but I needed a clinic closer to home to ensure I’d go consistently, and one that could more easily accommodate my work schedule. I’m SO glad I switched over here and have nothing but great things to say about the entire team and my experience so far. I’ve been going 2-3x a week since my surgery in October and feel very optimistic about my progress after a long downtime. They are all professionals in every aspect, while still providing a relaxed and comfortable setting that pushes me. While some people may dread PT, this team has made me look forward to each session. I get more individual attention and support at this clinic versus at a busier one. The physical therapists are great at keeping me accountable and being honest about everything needed to stay on track and continue moving toward a full recovery so I can safely return to my active lifestyle. On the admin side, they provide top-notch communication from scheduling, to taking the initiative to work with my healthcare provider to identify and resolve any insurance issues. They truly live up to their name ProActive here and it’s beyond appreciated! Shout-out to Aleesha- who also happens to be one of the sweetest individuals to talk to and be greeted by each session. Warren has been fantastic to work with since day one and is always happy to provide detailed answers to the countless questions I throw his way. I trust his judgment (even over most doctors) as he thoroughly evaluates my progress and takes into account my lifestyle to make adjustments to my program. I feel much more versed in the anatomy and function of my knee since coming here when I had minimal knowledge before. Their team is also growing which is exciting for others in Bend to have the opportunity to receive this stellar level of care. Everyone here is a pleasure to work with (Ryan & Jordan are awesome, too!) and are dedicated to your recovery while truly caring about you as an individual. I highly recommend considering this ProActive location for your physical therapy, especially if you have an extensive recovery timeline.

The staff at the North Bend location were a pleasure to work with. Everyone working there, from the front desk chaos coordinator, assistant, PT’s always had a positive professional, welcoming attitude. I always looked forward to my next session. Ryan and Warren were professional, very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and concerns. I will definitely recommend the north Bend location to others and will be back if the need arises.
