I'm glad to have been referred to ProActive PT in Ridgefield. The methodical and personalized regiment designed by Bryce and Alexa helped me get into better shape than ever. Feedback based bite sized approach with realistic goals helped me fix long term issues as well as a recent injury. I've to also mention that all the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome always. 5 stars!

Bryce and his team are wonderful. Bryce really took the time to get to know me personally. He built physical therapy work around how I was already exercising, and I always felt his advice was realistic, attainable, and in-tune with my needs. My back was in rough shape when I first went to see him and I’m in a much better place now.

The best PT I’ve been to in Washington and Illinois. Great team in Ridgefield. Very knowledgeable about knee surgery PT. They gave me great knowledge of what made my recovery better. Everyone was very knowledgeable and caring.

I had a tear in my right shoulder, one of the rotator cuff muscles. Successful surgery was completed in October 2023. My PT with Bryce and his entire crew was phenomenal! After about 30 visits, I “graduated” from PT last week, August 2024. My training started out light, consisting of all assisted movements. The initial work done was primarily geared towards increasing my range of motion. Flexibility was also incorporated into my PR along with some resistance. Once I got to a point of showing improvement, we started the strength portion of my therapy. As I progressed, Bryce and the crew challenged me more and more. Had your dude sweating! For real! I enjoyed it all and appreciated the process of all the different exercises and movements. All in all, PRoactive was the perfect place for me to start my recovery. I recommend them 100%. Every aspect of PRoactive is legit & thorough. That includes the administrative side of the house as well. No issues experienced. That is saying something. So, if you are in search of an on point physical therapy team, look no further than Ridgefield PRoactive. 💯🎯👍🏾

I have been seen by the therapists at Ridgefield PT for both of my hip replacements. Bryce and Lex are excellent manual therapists, very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and hands on. The entire staff is wonderful and I highly recommend them.

The whole team took such great care of me and my shoulder! Bryce is super knowledgeable, and Lex & Bobby helped so much! I would recommend them to anyone, it’s such a welcoming warm place! 🙂

Bryce and Lexi were both excellent at physical therapy. My shoulder issues were resolved within 3 to 4 months just like they said it would be. They gave me a lot of hope and I am out of pain. Thank you!

I would recommend Proactive Physical therapy to anyone. Zoralei was excellent. She knew exactly what was needed for my pre-op therapy. She was always very professional and I feel confident my surgery will go well due to the physical therapy.

I worked with Zoralei, Bobby, and Lex. They were all very sweet and helpful, I’m glad I was able to work with them. Also Lannie was super sweet and very helpful.

Everyone at ProActive Physical therapy was great to work with, always pleasant and helpful. Their initial assessment process was quite thorough and helped to establish where help was needed and best ways to there. They worked great as a team, no matter who I saw or talked with they always seemed well informed of my situation and needs. A special shoutout to Zoralei who was always very mindful of any discomfort while at the same time making sure that what we did was moving me towards improvement.

The physical therapy knowledge and experience at Proactive Physical Therapy in Ridgefield is impressive. From Bryce to Laney everyone is supportive and encouraging.

After having shoulder surgery ProActive helped me recover quickly. I had heard it could take 6 months to a year to recover and after my surgery less than 4 months I am basically fully recovered.

Honestly, this is the best PT clinic I’ve ever been to. The balance between total professionalism and personality makes this place exciting to go to. I’ve been lucky to have had Bryce, Lex and Bobby guide me through rehabilitative exercises to get my body back in strong and functional shape. I joked around with them that they “saved my life” but there were moments it really felt that way. At one point I felt like I would never be able to walk or exercise the same way ever again, but with the patience and persistence of this team, I’m back to my strong and functional self. Google limits me to 5 stars, but this team is more than worthy for 100! I cannot thank them enough!

Bryce is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to during sessions. The entire team is friendly and welcoming. Hopefully I won’t need PT again but if I do I’d come back here right away. Thanks for fixing my arm and shoulder!!

See Zoralei for help diagnosing and treating pelvic floor issues. My problem was stress.
My issues aren't gone but they are much reduced and I've sustained the improvement for a year.

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, courteous and supportive of my needs during physical therapy. With their support, I made positive progress towards my goals. Zorali was exceptional as my primary therapist.

First of all let me start by saying what a fun wonderful group of people. They really care about getting you back on your feet and living a comfortable life. Everyone in the office is so helpful and understanding. I've been going for weeks and have learned so much about how to keep my strength up to keep me moving. I expected some relief from visits but I never expected to get to be 100% completely pain free. They made me a true believer of physical therapy.
