In the past 8 months I have had 2 knee replacements. I went to ProActive PT for both. They provide quality personalized care. They took the time to get to know me and each time they were like family to work with. I highly recommend ProActive PT

Special shout out to Miss Megan who saw my mother's progress through her post operative phase. She is knowledgeable, caring, kind, thorough and thorough with her work. Couldn't be any happier.

My experience with the Proactive Salmon Creek Clinic has been honestly amazing. From the front office to the clinicians, I felt completely welcomed and important. They are very genuine in their intentions to help a patient in their recovery and the environment at this clinic is very professional, but fun. The front office and clinicians always welcome you with smiles and never forget to ask how your day is going. I strongly recommend this clinic for their great services and I have seen many patients reach their goals and once it's time to graduate from PT they are sad to leave because of the great staff! Great clinic staffed with skilled therapists that seem to have good scheduling availability compared to others. Been working with Kevin who has been amazing and attentive! Tailors my plan of care uniquely with each visit and really listens to what my body needs to help me find relief. He has been a huge part of my healing journey 🙂 Highly recommend this clinic! My son did PT for ankle surgery here too and had a great experience!

The guys here are the best!!! Especially Kevin!!! I came in without being able to to move with out pain. After a few sessions with Kevin and working with Josh, I was moving again. Where I need long-term PT I was moving again. The team they have in salmon creek at amazing. They all care and check in to see how you are doing, comment on your progress and encourage you. Plus they like to have fun!!! I am so happy I came here!!!!

Proactive PT helped me get rid of my foot pain and have fun while doing so. Really enjoyed working with this team.

After 4 weeks of PT one day a week for osteoarthritis in both knees, I'm feeling improved pain management and a return to increased mobility. Kevin, Derek and Josh provide me with exercises I can do at home and at PT. I have increased stamina. A warm up on a stationary bike followed by knee massage, taping and exercise each visit. Squats, steps both over and lateral, elastic band use and other more challenging or modified work. KP referred.

I've had nothing but great days at proactive physical therapy. I've been going to therapy there for almost a year. Pre-surgery and after surgery. Everyone was very professional courteous and super nice couldn't ask for anything else. My experience there was amazing.

I returned to ProActive after 2nd knee replacement. I was concerned when I did not recognize anyone and was afraid it wouldn't be as great. This was amazing! Great, great attention -- this surgery wasn't as easy as the first. I had better answers and help from ProActive than my surgeon. Rehab was gentle but intense. And fun! Lots of different exercises to engage and keep you interested, easy to work on at home. 6 weeks in and I'm way ahead in recovery! These guys are great!

The team at the Salmon Creek location have been fantastic. Always having a warm welcome for me and creating a space where I can learn how to be and physically feel better. A wonderful team, I cannot thank them enough!

Proactive physical therapy in Salmon Creek has helped me immensely with vertigo and neck pain. Kevin turned me on to 2 new medical devices and Derek and Josh show such patience, care, and expertise each week! I appreciate this wonderful place!

The Crew here has been great.. I have worked with each of the providers here for different purposes throughout my therapy for my broken wrist. Although I broke my wrist and had surgery for pins and a plate, They focus on all parts of the arm and an elbow along with tendons and muscles tied to making healing a long-term solution.

This was such a good experience for me, the crew were very knowledgeable and positive, I especially appreciated the amount of fun to be had while doing the workouts to get my back into shape. What could have been a sad situation with a back injury really became a positive one! Thank you!

Only the second time I have ever had to go to physical therapy, and this is hands down the best most comfortable place with amazing staff I have been to. They know what they are doing and you feel a difference from day 1.

I absolutely love the people at Proactive Physical Therapy. They have been so much fun to work with and are so knowledgeable in what they do. I was diagnosed with spontaneous frozen shoulder. I have had frozen shoulder in the past, and it’s taken anywhere from a year to year and a half to heal. Here, they were willing to work more aggressively with me to heal quicker. Total time should be about 8 wks- I do go 3x a week and I’m not going to say it’s been easy. Hurt a lot. I have to say thank you so much to Kevin, Jen (the PTs), and Derek for working my shoulder. Thanks to Josh, Jayel, Mark and Makayla for strengthening!!

Professional and competent physical therapy! Mark and Derek, the Physical Therapy assistants, are very nice to work with to resolve issues. Kevin Pust, Physical Therapist, DPT, determines the initial diagnosis and supervises the staff. My problem was resolved and I “graduated” from physical therapy. Will miss seeing everyone!

Simply put - Proactive PT Specialists are an outstanding group of people. The entire team (including scheduling coordinator Makayla!) are caring and kind professionals, and it was a pleasure working with each of them.
