					The ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists have helped me assess and understand my injuries. In 2021, I saw them for a few months for an ankle sprain. I've come back after a re-injury and continue to have a positive experience targeting the stabilizing muscles, receiving manual therapy, and talking to friendly people.



The PTs have all been very attentive to me when I need it, prescribing the exercise, monitoring, and helping to adjust my form if necessary. In my experience, the assistants take over when I've progressed or when the PT knows I can handle the task on my own. If you finish your exercise, don't be afraid to inform the assistant or PT that you are ready for the next one. They're usually on it though.

					I cannot recommend this team enough for any physical therapy you might need.  I did something to my knee - reaching for earbuds - and I was not able to bend my knee at all.  Not only did they help me recover, they supported me as I went to therapy so that me, with my broken body, could support the body of my 15 year old lab in the last months of his life.  He made it to May 2020!  And part of the reason he was able to last as long as he did is that this team helped me recover to support him.  And they CARED that that was the reason that I needed to get better.  The people that work here care, and they will care about you as a person, you and your recovery, and your future being healthy.  I miss you all and think about you every day.  Lucky is missed - but I am so thankful for the time we had together.  And now there is Ruby - and look - I can sit on my knees!!

					I have been extremely happy with my experience at ProActive Physical Therapy.  I have been lucky to have never needed physical therapy before, but the staff have made my experience absolutely incredible.  From the minute I walk through the door, there is such a positive, wonderful energy in the space.  The very friendly ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are happy to see me, and you can tell by looking around that everyone enjoys being there - the patients and the staff!  The physical therapists genuinely love what they do, and it shows.  I have had the pleasure of working with both Evan, Jocelyn, and the assistant Brian, all of whom have taken the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable and among friends while working through each session.  The knowledgeable and experienced staff have helped educate me on how to use various equipment and machinery to my advantage to heal quickly from my injuries, and they take the time to make sure I can continue my treatment at home and in between sessions with ease.  I always have a smile on my face throughout every session, and am so thankful to have found a physical therapy facility that has helped me make progress and start healing so quickly.  I highly recommend ProActive Physical Therapy.

					This particular ProActive location has stellar staff and provides excellent customer service, every time. Michelle who leads the front, is a blessing. She truly holds the office together and always provides a pleasant experience. She's a quick thinking problem-solver who genuinely cares. Moreover, Michelle looks out for each patient's scheduling needs to ensure they receive complete services at a time that works for you. Carmen follows in her footsteps in this regard by also providing a positive patient experience.



The therapists are each amazing in their own right! Each with more knowledge than a primary care physician, they give you helpful knowledge and exercises to do at home that are guaranteed to help your physical therapy situation, if you do your homework and actually utilize the exercises. Each staff member is exceptional and I would choose no company or location to handle my PT needs.

					I have greatly appreciated the help I have received from the staff at ProActive PT, following 2 hip replacement surgeries this last year.  Jeannette has been very friendly, quick, accurate and helpful.  Emily has provided experience,  wisdom,  oversight and encouragement as several assistants and interns have worked with me.  Andrea has paid close attention,  listened very carefully,  provided exercises that were very directed and helpful,  all with a great sense of humor and willingness to challenge me to improve.

					I highly recommend ProActive Physical Therapy of Tualatin.  The staff was friendly, supportive and kind yet highly professional and willing to explain the purpose of each exercise.  I came to ProActive with a pinched nerve in the spine that manifested as pain in both hips.  It was painful to turn or twist.  I set and achieved my goal of hitting a bucked of golf balls while remaining pain free.  Thank you to the entire staff.  If I ever need physically therapy again ProActive is not only at the top of my list but the only clinic on my list.

					I am completely thankful that I came to Proactive Physical Therapy Specialists in Tualatin, Oregon!  I wasn't sure they could help my plantar fasciitis.  However, I'm greatly convinced they are experts in their field.



They have improved my plantar fasciitis condition.  Each visit I could feel measurable improvement.  My condition not only improved, they taught me exercises for at home to continue improving.



I appreciate they also helped improve the physical fitness of both legs.  I quickly learned that I had been neglecting my overall fitness level.



The best thing I appreciate about Proactive is the therapists.  They are knowledgeable concerning therapy, and they are fun, kind, and wonderful to interact with.

					My experience with the Proactive Salmon Creek Clinic has been honestly amazing. From the front office to the clinicians, I felt completely welcomed and important. They are very genuine in their intentions to help a patient in their recovery and the environment at this clinic is very professional, but fun. 					The ease of making appointments and friendly service is outstanding.  Since starting therapy for a repaired broken ankle having no range of  motion to now after 5 sessions, there has been noticeable improvement with flexibility and strength.  Angela is a movement expert in her hands on care as well as the physical exercise plan and with the help of the entire professional team, there is definite progress towards me being able to walk again.

					If you are looking for a GREAT PT, you need to look no further. My son and I have gone to Tyler several times. The first time I went to Tyler I was going to be happy with partial range of motion in my arm, Tyler reassured me he would get full ROM and he delivered on that promise. Then he fixed my neck pain from a car accident and now several years later I am back. In just 3 sessions he has already improved my motion in my toe. I have had several family members go to Pro Active and all have Loved their rehab there.

					Dr. Tyler Ready and his staff are amazing. Excellent customer service to say the least. I had been having neck issues that were causing awful tension headaches for over a month and after one visit, I was already having better mobility and less pain. After two visits over the span of three days, I feel like a new man. I am headache-free and am lifting weights again without pain. I couldn't have had a better experience, and I am looking forward to having them work on other aches/pains I am experiencing throughout my body. Highly recommend giving them your time!
