New Location Expands Access to High-Quality Physical Therapy Care in Sandy
Sandy, OR – ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists (ProActive) is excited to announce the opening of its newest clinic in Sandy, located at 36645 US-26, Sandy, OR 97055. The new location will expand access to high-quality physical therapy and provide a convenient option for patients throughout the Sandy community.
The Sandy clinic will be led by Clinic Director Tim Wallenburg PT, DPT, who earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Misericordia University and gained experience in multiple clinics in California before relocating to Oregon. His own years as a patient inspired his passion for helping others restore movement and return to the activities they love. Wallenburg brings a lifelong commitment to learning and advanced training in vestibular conditions, concussions and balance to his approach to individualized care.
ProActive’s newest clinic will offer comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services designed to help patients recover, restore movement and return to the activities they love. Services include orthopedic physical therapy for muscle, joint and bone conditions; hands-on treatment to improve mobility and reduce pain; rehabilitation for acute and chronic injuries; workers’ compensation injury rehabilitation; pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation; and individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.

The Sandy clinic is expected to begin treating patients at the end of October. Initial clinic hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with plans to expand availability as patient demand grows.
