					DO YOUR EXERCISES!

Having had 2 knee surgeries three months apart I did all my PT at ProActive (OC).I loved working with all the people there. Everyone was so caring and always encouraging. I was often reminded, with a smile, that “no pain, no gain” but I agreed with that. I had a great experience there and would recommend anyone else to go there for PT. It was challenging but I also had a good time—it was actually fun. Thanks y’all for your helping me . Good job! I actually missed going when I was finished. I miss all of you.

					Oregon City Proactive is awesome!



I hurt my knee during a work training event. I didn’t want to be out of commission longer than necessary because it would have severely delayed my training. OC Proactive assessed my injury and built a plan that accounted for both healing and my professional goals. As my knee got better, their therapy plan evolved. They helped me understand my injury and educated me on at home treatments and exercises that continue to improve my recovery. They even addressed confidence issues that come with being injured.



The facility is comfortable and organized. The team functions really well together. I always felt I was being taken care of, even when they had several patients at a time. Every member of OC Proactive was friendly and supportive. When I expressed frustration with my injury, they spent time helping me with the specifics. When I was excited about an improvement, they celebrated with me.



This place is very professional, educated, and friendly. While I don’t want to HAVE to see them again, if I’m injured, this place will be my first pick.
