I started physical therapy with Gateway ProActive several weeks ago. Therapy and recovery are still ongoing, but I can say that I am really happy with my choice. The model is one in which patients see any of the PT and PTAs... I believe I have seen all of them at this point, and I really like their individual approaches, as well as the way they work together as a team. Since I have not had a single negative experience, I can say that I appreciate being able to benefit from the expertise of multiple great people. Exercises that have not worked have been tweaked and modified to where I get the most out of them. This is a great example of 'meeting me where I am at' in a way that is healthy and helpful.
I am an acute rehab nurse by profession - and I feel good about my own experience and everything I have seen around me at this location. I have no reservations about enthusiastically recommending them at this point.

If you are in need of Physical Therapy, look no farther. This is hands down the best place I have ever been to. They have an amazing team and facility. Everyone there actually cares about your health and rehabilitation, unlike other places I have been. So if you are reading this take my word and give them a call! Don't waste your time and money anywhere else because Proactive Physical Therapy Gateway is the best you will find!

I have had nothing but the best treatment here at ProActive! The therapist here are caring, very attentive and a great bedside manner. They have made me feel like I am a priority to them when I come in everytime. I would definitely refer my friends and family to ProActive!

This clinic was outstanding in every way possible. Bryce Schuster was an amazing PT, his directions were concise, very educational and easy to understand. I arrived 7 week’s ago in extreme pain and today all my lower back and hip pain have resolved thanks to this wonderful group of professional lovely people. The front desk person was always warm and inviting. I couldn’t have had a better experience!!

I was referred to Gateway ProActive by my Kaiser provider for rotator cuff and triceps pain. My primary physical therapist is Derek. He assessed which muscles needed strengthening and prescribed specific muscle group exercises. I have been going twice a week for a month. I have also worked with Eryn and AL as PT assistants and Page as a PT tech. I have been so impressed by their professionalism, skill base and friendliness. The office manager, Stacy is a joy for setting up appointments and checking into my appointment. My pain is thoroughly gone and am only working on building my strength back so I can go more successfully go salmon and halibut fishing this summer. I highly recommend ProActive Gateway!

I can’t say enough good things about ProActive Physical Therapy! After injuring my shoulder from a fall on the ice in January, I lost range of motion and was worried about my recovery. At one point, I thought I was suffering from the dreaded ‘frozen shoulder syndrome’! But after just two months with ProActive, I have fully regained my range of motion.

The team at ProActive not only helped me physically, but also inspired a renewed commitment to exercise. At 75 years old, instead of feeling like I must submit to the inevitable forces of aging, I now feel empowered to take responsibility for my health and well-being. And the environment at ProActive is warm and friendly. It is so much fun to be there. Now that I am graduating the program, I shall miss all the people who helped me there.

I was referred for vertigo. I got new exercises and great info on causes and effects. Bryson was thorough and consistent week to week on my therapies. I am so grateful for the relief.

Kaiser referred me out to ProActive for jaw physical therapy and I could not be happier with the outcome! Bryce and his team determined the root cause of my pain (past shoulder and neck issues and injuries), provided concrete and focused therapies and workouts, and I’m happy to say the pain I thought would never go away and struggled with for over a year is GONE. I was referred by Kaiser and I’m so thankful I was referred there. Stacy is amazing. She’s a receptionist at the front and Bryce and his team are without a doubt amazing. They take the time to listen to you and what your needs are. I would definitely recommend anybody going there.

Very impressed with whole operation. Professional, detailed in getting set up for care of my injury, clearly they know what they are doing. Hopefully won't need any PT in the future, but if I do, I know where to go. Bryce was excellent!!
