My husband Tye has been going to Prineville Physical Therapy for some time now because of an on-the-job shoulder injury. The staff here have really been supportive and helpful. After Tye's shoulder surgery, Joe put him on a fairly strict stretching regimen at the facility and at home. He has exceeded all the doctor's expectations.
We credit the people who work here (and many prayers also) with helping Tye get back to work and back to full recovery. They are always cheerful and welcoming, too. Thank you!

I went to Proactive in Prineville for my physical therapy and Warren worked with me to get the full use of my right shoulder back after surgery the end of September 2020. It took a while to get the motion all back, but if you continue to do your exercises at home and at the office you will get there in time. I really like working with Warren he will push you to get back the motion you will need. Having had my left shoulder worked on 30 years ago I know the process does not come without some pain. If is is to bad the doctor can give you some injections for the pain and that really helps the recovery process along. Don’t be afraid to ask them to push the recovery process. You will find your recovery will progress faster if you have some one who is not afraid of hurting you. My shoulder is fully recovered as far as I am concerned and I am just now starting to do some quilting once again. I am also doing my exercises at home on my own and will continue to do them to keep up my strength. My doctor was really pleased with my progress 5 1/2 months after surgery.

I am so grateful that my shoulder pain is gone and that my shoulder is so much stronger. Ryan meticulously addressed all the aspects of treatment that I needed for a swift recovery and educated me about what I need to do to stay strong. I've had physical therapy at many places across the country over the years including Houston and Atlanta. The therapy I received at ProActive ranks at the top.

Everyone from the front and the therapists are kind, thorough and professional. I love this place!!

At Proactive Physical Therapy I received treatment as an individual and not just a person who walked through the door. I felt safe in the staff's confidence. They were fully knowledgeable of the treatment I received. Friendliness was a plus at Physical Therapy.

I really appreciated the wonderful care and treatment I received from Kelsee and Nikki. All the therapist really listened and took the time to adjust my treatment plan as needed.

This was an exceptional experience as far as physical therapy goes! The front desk was friendly and flexible with scheduling. The trainers were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was given both the skills and the coaching to prevent similar injuries and build strength.

I have been coming here for a variety of medical reasons. I have always experienced great service, and they have been able to work around my schedule.

Had many surgeries and many therapists but proactive is one of best I've been to they take the time to listen to you and make a plan with you involved that's going to be best for you and kelsee is just awesome definitely av10 out of 10 to work with

I went into my doctor thinking I would have to have surgery on my shoulder. Instead she sent me to ProActive for physical therapy. I am so thankful that she did. My shoulder feels better than it has for years and I have full range of motion without pain. They have some great exercises that really helped strengthen the muscles around the joint to help relief the pain. The exercises are things I would never have thought of and best of all I can continue to do them at home to help keep all those muscles strong.

I highly recommend ProActive. The pre and post operation (hip replacement) exercises were ‘spot on’. The staff is caring and supportive. Each client is greeted by name when entering the front door. Thank you, ProActive staff (especially Bre).

Super down to earth straight forward approach. Was skeptical of how much progress I would be able to make on my knee pain but was blown away with the progress. Would highly recommend!

I am so grateful for the care I have had. The team at ProActive really are patient, empathetic, and truly listened to my concerns. They are really great about explaining what is going on with my body and how the individualized exercises help which in turn helped me to reduce my pain and regain strength and mobility. I am a caretaker of my elderly father who also attends therapy and they have been so great to not only take the time to show me how to help him, but scheduled us at the same time to make things easier for us. I highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to seek them out! They really care about their clients and are simply the best!

Nikki was knowledgeable and great to work with. She suggested exercises that addressed and helped the problem I was experiencing, and made sure I understood how to do them. The printed handout with illustrated exercises helped me remember how to do them when I got home and provided a great resource to look back on. I highly recommend her and this business and will go here again in the future if I need PT.

Very sweet and encouraging people. I have had a full recovery with them. They made it possible for me to get back into sports and they help me push myself as hard as I could.

Proactive Physical Therapy was recommended by my medical doctor. I am 73 years old and a “few” pounds extra. ☺️
I was having some pain in a leg due to a misstep when walking. Within two visits all the pain is gone and I am working towards a plan for life to get stronger , more balanced, stronger core, and feel better about myself. (And avoid this happening again)
Kelsey and the staff are so caring, knowledgeable, professional and intuitive. I love going to see them and get myself feeling better.
