I have greatly appreciated the help I have received from the staff at ProActive PT, following 2 hip replacement surgeries this last year. Jeannette has been very friendly, quick, accurate and helpful. Emily has provided experience, wisdom, oversight and encouragement as several assistants and interns have worked with me. Andrea has paid close attention, listened very carefully, provided exercises that were very directed and helpful, all with a great sense of humor and willingness to challenge me to improve.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn and becomemore balanced and mobile, and plan to keep right on working in the weeks and months ahead. Thank you all!!

I highly recommend ProActive Physical Therapy of Tualatin. The staff was friendly, supportive and kind yet highly professional and willing to explain the purpose of each exercise. I came to ProActive with a pinched nerve in the spine that manifested as pain in both hips. It was painful to turn or twist. I set and achieved my goal of hitting a bucked of golf balls while remaining pain free. Thank you to the entire staff. If I ever need physically therapy again ProActive is not only at the top of my list but the only clinic on my list.

I am completely thankful that I came to Proactive Physical Therapy Specialists in Tualatin, Oregon! I wasn't sure they could help my plantar fasciitis. However, I'm greatly convinced they are experts in their field.

They have improved my plantar fasciitis condition. Each visit I could feel measurable improvement. My condition not only improved, they taught me exercises for at home to continue improving.

I appreciate they also helped improve the physical fitness of both legs. I quickly learned that I had been neglecting my overall fitness level.

The best thing I appreciate about Proactive is the therapists. They are knowledgeable concerning therapy, and they are fun, kind, and wonderful to interact with.

The wonderful people here are not only kind, but knowledgeable and supportive! They encourage me to keep going, answered all my questions, and found ways for me to get better without sacrificing comfort. I'm almost sad to leave but I'm so grateful to have worked with such an amazing team, front desk included!

I received a personal plan to reduce pain in my shoulder, and increase range of motion. It worked! The skilled staff are patient and caring. I am so happy with the progress my shoulder has made.

Came with piriformis and hamstring injury. They did an amazing job of getting me in weekly. Back to running and training for a half. Front office so accommodating for scheduling. Jenn also kept it fun. Thanks again

Taylor is helping me reduce or eliminate my pain from two failed hip surgeries performed by Kaiser. Hee is the 4th PT person I have seen, and has more knowledge and desire to help me than all the others combined. Fingers crossed, if the amount of pain I get out of the exercises is any measure, I should get completely better. Than I s Taylor, great job! Dale

Taylor is working with my husband Dale who hates PT, but is extremely comfortable and happy working with Taylor. He seems to be a sharp, knowledgeable young guy. Thanks, we hope he can help fix his hip pain.

Taylor was well-informed and good at planning and explaining the recovery program. Friendly place and effective therapy.

I just completed 15 PT sessions over the past few months for a hamstring injury at Proactive Tualatin, the majority with Taylor Hefty. Taylor provided me a vast array of exercises for me to do at home, explained how important it was to maintain a home routine, measured my progress, corrected my form. In addition to home and clinic exercises, he included soft tissue massage as part of my treatment. I am pain free and know what to do if pain ever returns. He is a fabulous therapist, and truly cares for his patients. Shout out to Jeannette in the front office as well. She's great too.

I have been dealing with an ongoing health issue for over 21 months and in that time I have been to over 200+ medical appointments. Physical therapy has been a game changer and actually helped me. Derek is the best of the best, you can tell he truly wants to help people. I have and would recommend him to any of my family or friends.
